Important Instructions:
- Ragging is strictly prohibited within/outside campus. Defaulters will be punished as per Maharashtra Anti- Ragging Act, 1999
- First week formalities: (For newly admitted students)
- Students shall fill up enrollment form/ eligibility form as per the schedule notified after completion of admission process
- Student shall collect identity card from office.
- 75% attendance for theory and practical is mandatory; failing which he/she would be detained / disallowed for the Sessional as well as MSBTE Examination.
- Attendance for the guest lecture/Seminar is compulsory.
- In case of bonafide reason, the college authority should be informed well in advance about probable absentee with a mandatory condition to maintaining minimum 90% attendance.
- No student shall come late or leave earlier for classes and must follow the time table.
- Every student shall possess valid studentIDin the college and campus premises.
- Every student will have one allotted class teacher / Mentor teacher to resolve academic / personal problems.
- Prescribed books and syllabus are available in the library
- Practical Manuals are available in the college stores. Students should thoroughly read and understand the instructions provided in the Manual.
- Students are advised to see the Notice Board daily.
- Use of mobile phone in the college premises is strictly prohibited, if found seized for 10 days.
- Students have to wear aprons during college hours. Prescribed dress code with proper attire is compulsory.
- Discarding papers and similar materials in the campus or corridor is strictly prohibited. The rules for disposal of waste papers and used chemicals are laid own which must be strictly followed.
- Students are neither allowed to sit on the steps, fence walls or loiter in the corridors. Loud talking near and around the library, staff room and passage shall be punishable.
- Unless Manual is completed for the earlier exercise he/she will not allowed in the practical examination.
- Any student without proper dress code is eligible for punishment decided by the authority.
D. Pharm.-Modalities of Examination:
Second Year D. Pharmacy
- There would be sessional exam for the continuous evaluation of the students, conducted during the academic year for theory as well as practical, each of twenty marks.
- The passing percentage for theory and for practical is 40%.
- The academic performance/ attendance report of defaulter students may be communicated to parents.
- (Sessional 20 marks + End semester Exam 80 marks) = Total 100 marks in each Theory subject head for PCIsyllabusw.e.f. 1991.
- (Practical 10 +Sessional 10 marks + End semester Exam 80 marks) = Total 100 marks in each Practical subject head PCIsyllabusw.e.f. 1991.
- Students with certified manuals will only be eligible for practical examination.
- Any kind of unfair means during practical/ theory examination is punishable.
First Year D. Pharmacy
- There would be Sessional exam for the continuous evaluation of the students, conducted during the academic year for theory as well as practical, theory of 40 marks& practical of 80 marks .
- In theory the marks secured by the students out of the total 40 shall be reduced to 20 in each Sessional.
- In practical the marks secured by the students out of the total 80 shall be reduced to 10 in each Sessional.
- The passing percentage for theory and for practical is 40%.
- The academic performance/ attendance report of defaulter students may be communicated to parents.
- (Sessional 20 marks + End semester Exam 80 marks) = Total 100 marks in each Theory subject head for ER – 2020.
- (Assignment 5+ Field Visit 5 +Sessional 10 marks + End semester Exam 80 marks) = Total 100 marks in each Practical subjecthead for ER – 2020.
- Students with certified manuals will only be eligible for practical examination.
- Any kind of unfair means during practical/ theory examination is punishable.
